Locust Project: Craft CMS Website for a Multidisciplinary Design Firm

Project Overview

Locust Project is a multidisciplinary design firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, providing landscape architecture and complementary design services for a diverse range of projects.

W3care developed the Locust Project website using Craft CMS, creating a digital platform that allows the firm’s design expertise, service capabilities and visual identity to be presented clearly to prospective clients.

Building a Website Around a Design-Led Business

For a business where the quality of design and presentation matters, the website needed to do more than provide company information. It needed to give visitors an effective way to understand the range of services available while maintaining a visual experience appropriate for a multidisciplinary design practice.

W3care developed the website with a structured approach to content and navigation, helping visitors explore individual areas of expertise while keeping the overall experience consistent.

The website supports the presentation of services including landscape architecture, master planning, planting design, hardscape design, swimming pool design, landscape lighting, water features and other specialist capabilities.

Business Value

The completed website gives Locust Project a professional digital presence that brings its multidisciplinary capabilities together within one coherent platform.

For prospective clients, the website provides a clearer understanding of the firm's areas of expertise and approach to design. For the business, Craft CMS provides a manageable foundation for maintaining and evolving its website content without unnecessary technical dependency.

The engagement reflects W3care’s approach to developing CMS-based websites around the specific content, communication and operational needs of each client.
