ISOW – WordPress Website for Online Bible Education

Project Overview

International School of the Word (ISOW), based in Cleveland, Tennessee, USA, provides biblical education for individuals, churches and ministries.

W3care worked with ISOW to develop a WordPress website that could support both its public-facing presence and access to educational resources for registered members. The project brought together content management, controlled member access, resource delivery and CRM-connected engagement within a single website.

Supporting Public and Member-Based Content

ISOW needed different types of information to be available to different audiences. While general information could remain publicly accessible, selected educational resources required controlled access for approved members.

W3care developed public and member-only sections within WordPress and implemented a login and administrative approval process. This gave ISOW greater control over who could access restricted material while providing members with a straightforward way to reach relevant resources.

The website was structured to accommodate educational materials including videos, PDFs and member information, helping ISOW organise its digital resources within a more manageable platform.

Bringing Content and Engagement Together

As part of the development, W3care integrated forms connected with the client’s CRM system so enquiries and engagement information could flow through the organisation’s existing process.

We also migrated their existing blog articles from Wix to WordPress, preserving useful content while bringing publishing and website management together within one CMS.

Business Value

The WordPress implementation provided ISOW with a more structured foundation for managing its website, educational resources and member access.

By combining public information, protected content, CRM-connected forms and migrated articles within WordPress, the project helped simplify website administration while supporting ISOW’s ability to make educational material available to its audience online.
